1) originality. I’m thankful that I’m not everyone else. I’m thankful that (in spite of my complete inability to sing!), I can choose to live a life that makes “a sound that sticks around.” I’m thankful that everyone has the opportunity to leave a unorthodox legacy by simply being alive.

2) best days. I’m thankful for a weekend of perfect moments—morning kisses, afternoon jam sessions, honest conversations.

3) peanut butter cheerios. I’m thankful that it’s Monday and it’s snack time and I’m awake.
